This is an entry appearing in red on the Folio entitling a person who claims an interest in land to be notified if the Registered Owner (or his personal representative) attempts to deal with it. On new type or old scheduled type Folios, ie those in three parts, they are entered in Part III. These are entries on the Folio of matters which adversely affect the property in some way, for example, a right of way across it, right of residence or charge payable out of the land.
